A Personalized Approach to Veterinary Medicine 

I am a devoted veterinarian and mother of 3 children.  I completed my undergraduate studies at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. I attended the Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island, Canada and graduated in 2016. After graduation, I studied at the Chi Institute in Reddick, Florida where I earned my Certificate in Veterinary Acupuncture (CVA). I have also completed training as a Fear-Free Certified Professional, and am ALS/BLS (Advanced Life Support/Basic Life Support) Certified through the RECOVER Initiative. I am also working toward my Certificate in Veterinary Herbalism (CVCH). 
I have always been devoted to the Human-Animal Bond, and strongly believe that the goal of veterinary medicine should be QUALITY not quantity. In short, I will never recommend anything I wouldn't do for my own pets. All too often I have been asked, "What would you do if this were your pet?" At 5 Stones I will always try to answer this question honestly. That being said, I also believe that to provide the best care possible, veterinary medicine must be a partnership between the pet, the owner, and the veterinarian. We all need to work together in order to achieve the best quality of life, not only for your pet, but for your entire family.
